These guys are awesome! I had several major repairs that needed done. T and John made sure I was fixed and ready for my long road trip. They went above and beyond. Can't give them enough praise. Thanks guys! So appreciated.

I had such a long and stressful weekend, and then I found out I had a hole in my tire and my tire pressure kept going down. I was honestly so nervous and didn’t know what I was going to do. John, Tyler, and Leah were AMAZING and helped me out so much! They were able to get me in and out with absolutely no pressure, and Leah especially helped calm my nerves and made the whole experience so much easier. ❤️ The customer service was incredible, the prices were amazing, and they genuinely made me feel taken care of. It’s hard to find places with great prices AND amazing customer service, but they definitely have both! If you need anything done to your tires or car, I HIGHLY recommend coming here. You won’t regret it! 🛞❤️

Excellent experience. I walked in on a busy Saturday to ask questions. I was treated kindly, professionally and quickly. I decided to order 4 tires for my F350 and had a specific tire in mind. This was around 10 am. They ordered them for me. The shop had them by 1:30! I decided to schedule an appointment for install at 8 am Monday. The entire team (office to the install techs) were great! Shout out to Timer, Leah, Allie, Tyler and John. Thank you for a TOP NOTCH experience. Mavis Tire, you have a new customer!!!

Timur's customer service and knowledge of products was very helpful and made my visit an easy one. He was able to help me and assist an employee who didn't know much about certain promotions at the same time. I feel bad for the customer she was helping cause she left him in the middle of processing his payment to clock out and leave. Timur was able to answer his questions about the promotions finish his payment as well as get me in the system for my car to be serviced. He is an asset for this location and should be compensated with a bonus of some kind. If you have children there's an area just for them to play with a huge chalkboard for them to write on.

I stopped to get a patch for my tire after a screw puncture. The staff was very professional, and helpful. The waiting area is a nice refuge from the Florida heat. Technician Tyler and Assistant Manaher Leah were both very nice to work with. Was surprised they were able to get me fixed up quickly. They also understood I needed a plug and was not wanting a new tire(s). While I did not have a kiddo with me, it was nice to see they had a separate waiting area for children. That is a thoughtful touch for all waiting. (See photos) Thanks y'all.
